For more than 30 years the European Lawyers’ Union (U.A.E.) has been bringing together European lawyers with the essential aim of promoting the professional practice of law, particularly European Union Law and the European Convention on Human Rights.

The U.A.E. usually organizes its annual congress in June and deals on current legal topics. The next edition will take place in the charming town of Thessaloniki, in Greece, from the 1st till the 4th of June 2023, and will deal with the topic of immigration by analyzing the positive law before debating the practical applications by the main Member States of the European Union.

The Congress venue will be the Auditorium of the prestigious University of Macedonia (Thessaloniki), while the Gala Dinner will offer a panoramic view at the “Orizontes Roof Garden” of the Electra Palace Hotel.

Thessaloniki is a beautiful coastal city with a rich cultural and social life. It is also known for its young population and offers a wide variety of activities for leisure and nightlife.
